Well im 16 and Im 5'2 and Im kinda skinny and Im a size 38C and still growing. So i dont think your to big its normal for some girls.
Breasts come in all sizes You're normal. I know girls who are skinny 5'8 and are 32 A's. Don't worry about it. You're perfectly normal. =)
