Pain/lump near my ovaries on the left side and abdomen spasms?

Negative pregnancy, UTI, x-ray and urine test.
I have an appointment booked next week..just need a second opinon.Pain/lump near my ovaries on the left side and abdomen spasms?
possible cyst? that's what mine feel like. Eventhough the doctor says there are no spasms it feels like knives scraping on the inside at times and I can feel the lumps from the outside.
hav u had an ultrasound?
Could be a cyst, get an ultrasound.
