P.C.O.S. and Insulin Resistance?

concerning metformin and spironolactone for insulin resistance and pcos: is there anyone that can say how long it took them to have a period after starting the meds?P.C.O.S. and Insulin Resistance?
It is indeed a treatement for PCOS, but I could find a specific length in time I will asume that since it increases you estrogen levels after 3 days of therapy you should start you cycle within a week wich I would asume that will get you a period after a month or so. So If my calculations are right you shuld have it 5 weeks after you start treatment. Hope I am right.
I only had to take one week of Metformin before I started my period.
