Ovaries . Help !!!?

The reason i went was because I had terrible stomach pains that hardly allowed me to get out of bed, with a fever over 100 and a dull back pain which i still have. I goto see a GYN on Thursday but was hoping I would have some knowledge of waht was going on with me and what my family doctor told me makes no sense. My family doctor who sentme to have the CT scan told me that it may be ovarian follicles without fluid. What does this mean ?Ovaries . Help !!!?

Your doctor told you what may be the problem right to your face, you didn't understand what she was talking about. I'm older and I don't know what that is, and I too am a female. But I'll bet you a million dollars I would have asked her what it was. Any time you don't understand what something is ask the doctor.
