Pad or tampon?

Pad or tampon?
Pads are difficult and not worth the hassle.
A tampon is deffinatly easier though it does have to be changed more frequently for health reasons.
Also it allows you to stay active and not worry about potential leaks. Just make sure that you are inserting it correctly or it could be dangerous and verryyy uncomfortable.

If you're just starting out with that time, use pads. I don't know how old you are but depending on your age you could start using tampons.
to each there own. pads make me feel unclean, i prefer tampons.

try both and find out what you like the best.
When I sleep, i'll use a pad, but for my daily activities, i'll definitely use a tampon. However, if you're only just starting your period, you may that using a pad is less frustrating and painful.

Tampons, no doubt about it!
a pad. because a tampon might cause infections and pain while inserting.
