I am having a sharp pain in the lower right side of my stomach on the back lower right side adn vaginal area. Any ideas what it may be.Pain in lower stomach, back and vagina?
if it's to the point where you want to cry, urinary track infection. see a doctor now, ER is the best place for you to go immediatly

are you having menstrual cramps?
Sounds like gas, but if is along with discharge you may just be ovulating. But take some gasx or tums and see if that lets that pressure out.
