Period pills?

I have heard about pills you take during your period to help cramps, head aches, and mood swings. Are they realy and if they are do they do any good if so can you recimend a good brand?
ps sorry about spelling mistakes!Period pills?
Any pain killer usually helps.. Tylenol, Advil, etc. Midol is a brand that is made especially for aches, cramps and bloating from periods.
midol
pills do not do anything good for you during your period because no matter how much pills you take you still get period pain it is normal with time the pain will go away alrite..but if the pain gets out of hand you need to go see the doctor cos pills wont work.
I have had bad experience with midol because there is an ingredient in it that can make the user drowsy. I get so groggy after taking it that I have stopped taking it. I would go with advil or tylenol. But a good natural way to feel better is to take a 30-45 minute walk to relax your muscles, drink some tea, definitely use a hot pack on your sore areas, take a hot bath or eat some chocolate.
