My wife and I have intercourse many times per day. The problem is, my penis is literally the size of a mini python. Is there a safe surgery that can shave off about 8-10 inces? The girth is quite wide as well. Can that be cut down? It wont even fit in her mouth and it is ruining our sex life.Penis reduction?
