May adolescent girls and and women consume large quantities of soft drinks or tea and coffee rather than milk. How could this affect calcium intake? How could this relate to the development of osteoporosis later in life? What can women do to prevent osteoporosis? A person can take calcium supplements without the problem of drinking milk. I believe osteo is related to body frame and heredity also.
