Ovary pains!!?

my girlfriend has pains in her ovaries .can anyone tell me how she can help the pain please!!Ovary pains!!?
She might just be having bad cramps, but if not she has to make an appointment with an OBGYN. It might be ovarian cysts, these are known for causing uncomfortable pain.
If it is temporary and on one side, she might be ovulating. If it is both ovaries or for an extended amount of time or really painful, she needs to see a doctor. Make sure it is her ovaries for sure though...
This just depends on what's causing the pains. If she has constant pains, she needs to see a doctor to determine what the cause is. If she has pains only once a month, this is probably just ovulation pain and she can take any over the counter pain reliever to help with the pain.
