Pain above pubic bone?

Pain above pubic bone?
You have done some tearing of the pyramidalis muscle, or the lower (inferior) fibers of the rectus abdominis muscle where they attach to the pubis.
Maybe by weight lifting, or sudden activity that damaged the muscle, you injured the fibers through microtears or macrotears, followed by compensatory damage.
You need rest, ice and compression. Elevation may be a little difficult to achieve in the center of your body, but try your best.
See your family doctor or GYN. You didn't provide enough information to get an answer here.
Baby first thing that comes to my mind is a STD,(sexual transmitted disease) and cervical cancer. Go to the Doctor because you could be pregnant in your tubes and thats a serious, deadly problem.
