PCOS and pregnancy...?

ive heard from several people that if you have PCOS, pregnancy might be out of the question. is this true?PCOS and pregnancy...?
I have PCOS, as do most of the women on my mom's side of the family. There is a chance with this disease that you may not be able to get pregnant, but it's not completely out of the question. Most of the problems the women in my family have from PCOS are problems with carrying the baby to term. They all seem to have miscarried at least once. Don't be discouraged! You can still definitely get pregnant.
Most women with PCOS can get pregnant, especially nowadays (since doctors are more aware of how to treat PCOS and often will treat women sooner than they would in the past). You may need a special drug to lower your insulin-resistance, or a drug to help you ovulate, but there's still a good chance you'll be able to get pregnant.
