Ovarian cyst or Kidney Stones?

I have extreme pain right next to my hip bone towards my pelvis. I've had ovarian cysts before i had kids and it seems like one, but the pain has now lasted 3 days and stays there. my past cysts always went away after a day of pain. it's about the time to ovulate. but i have the most pain when going to the restroom. never had kidney stone... which one?Ovarian cyst or Kidney Stones?
Pain of Kidney stone is very typical .. in general .. though pain might be radiating.. extending to other areas ..but if you have Calculus (kidney stone) .. pain is often in back too .. and the person who gets such pai is able to tell and can point out with the finger.. the exact spot of such pain...
Anyway .. you have these pains.. as you have mentioned your history .. better to go your doctor and .. get the things cleared out..

if the pain is on your right side it could be your appendix, it could be kidney stones, if you feel feverish or are vomiting and unable to pass urine... it is definetely a kidney stone, you should see a doctor as soon as possible.
get it checked out by an ultrasound... my sis just had one and it turned out to be a tiny cyst and she was in pain coz she's only 11... get it checked out NOW!
