On Pill but bleeding after running??

Ive been taking the pill for about 3yrs now and ive recently started running, my period started early even though i had not finished the pack, is running and exercise the cause? Ive heard that trauma to the uterus can cause this?? Ive done a preg test so it cant be that, and i dont sleep around to catch std's - ive been married for 4yrs!! exercise can can cause periods to come on, it used to happen to me all the time. however, go see your doctor

I agree that maybe you should discuss this with your GP, it might be worth discussing changing your choice of pill. It may also depend on what pill you are using.
The combined pill (21 days then 7 days break) you normally only get your period during your 7 days free. But with the mini pill (taken continously) you can spot throughout.
Just a few thoughts but definitely worth discussing with your GP.
